Material: Pictures of football stadium,toothpicks, picture of sun’s rays
Description:
Step 1: Use Index cards, divide the classroom into groups of four and have the students match each card with a label (point, line. . . ) to the correct drawing. (sun’s rays, points, lines. . . . .).
Step 2: Check the students from each group to relate the definition to the term , using prepared printed labels.
Step 3: Sum the concept up by acting and having students interact with this game.
- When we say line -> students stretch their arms and point with index fingers.
- When we say segment:students stretch their arms and make first of both hands
- When we say ray: students stretch the right or left arm out and point with index fingers.
