I believe that teaching profession is one aspect of my life that allows me to reach my own intellectual and spiritual potential. I believe that teaching is the most humanitarian career. Education is a basic right for all human beings. My philosophy and believe is focused on the inclusivity of all students regardless of any differences. All people can learn mathematics and have the right to learn as much as their capabilities allow them to learn. Our classes are micro-communities, were students with different abilities, interests, attitudes, and believes collaborate and blend to establish the learning outcomes. This blend of abilities needs to be fully engaged in the teaching and learning process. I believe that the planning and activities should allow everybody to work and produce, to create and model and to listen and be heard. My strong believe in the capability of students and the ability of the teacher to build in them a lifelong learning skill is my incentive to acquire new skills to serve my community better.
