Once Upon a Time

Once upon a time, there were a strong leader who was in-charge of a big educational institution. This leader was systematic, productive, organized and strategic. He was surrounded by a strong team who worked hard to please him and to achieve the set target. Everyone around him was happy. Continuously, he used to succeed with his plans and the team around him used to celebrate this success.

One day, the winds of change reached the destiny of this educational institution and the storm was so strong. The leader was not used to listen to others. He was not used to take orders from anyone. He was unable to listen and reflect. His team was waiting for orders because they have never been allowed to think. The leader instructs and they apply. The team was feeling insecure, lost and scared. The leader felt that there is no way to maintain a good performance unless they respond to the change.

The change requires a strategic plan to guide everyone. Starting from the management team, there has to be a professional human power with specific sets of allocated fair duties as per a holistic organizational chart. Each member of the team has to be strategic planner, accountable player and highly qualified candidate. One leader can not by himself lead the change, otherwise he will collapse.

After establishing this new organizational chart the leader realized that he has to change himself! He has to upgrade his knowledge and perform differently because how can he ask everyone to change when he is still the same. The leader proved in his actions that he is smart and he continued to be the one whom everyone looked at as an ideal!
